It's been a month since I've started my faithful diet and I am happy that I lost 10 pounds during that month. In spite of a nasty cold the past two weeks I am feeling the effects of being 10 pounds lighter and thrilled that it is in time for spring!!
I have added two very important health additions to my life, Coral Calcium with magnesium and Vitamin D and Sovereign Silver. I am taking 2 Tbsp. of Silver three times a day and have noticed significant results in two areas - I sleep straight through the night, and most importantly, it has strengthened my bladder where I now have control and don't need to get up during the night two or three times - I am THRILLED!!
I realize with MS that everyone is different and not everything works the same for everyone but if you come to the point of desperation as I did, you will find ways and means to take control back over your life. I had read enough positive things about the Sovereign Silver to attempt to try it - and it has worked for me.
What a difference the month has made even with having a terrible headcold. I overdid it with my new "spring" in life when I went to the grocery store and walked with a shopping cart - I WALKED WITH A SHOPPING CART! I have not walked in a grocery store for two years, but rather, have used their electric carts. What a joyous day it was as I felt confident and stronger while using a normal pace pushing the cart. I shouldn't have overdone it as my cold did not like my eagerness but I know once I am stronger when my cold passes I will be working out in the grocery store setting my pace and trying to walk a mile a day. I WANT MY LIFE BACK!!
